Local (to you) screw supplier is your best bet. Or McMaster Carr if you strike out locally.

Yeah I dont know the measurements I called mile high but the guy was busy. I know they are shorter than the regular 700 action screws.
Have you tried calling AI (540-368-3108) and asking them the screw size? They're in VA and from my experience. Have been pretty good about technical support.
Just go to lowes, and pick up the hex head screws. I believe they are metric thread, get them a little long so you can use a dremel cut off wheel to shorten them. That is what I did for AI chassis.
