FOUND WTB Surefire scout light mount

I have been switching over to M-LOK as much as possible and just realized my scout light has a Thorntail keymod moumt on it and i cant locate the original pic rail moumt.
If anyone has a M-LOK mount they arent using for a SF scout light i would be glad to buy it.
Also wouldnt turn down a pic rail mount like the one i cant find or even better an ADM throw lever mount.
