Does anyone know what foundation uses to finish there dark distressed micarta stocks with? Seen a video on ultimate reloader of them discussing there stocks and how some receive a coating finish. I currently own a natural exodus stock but would like it to be a little darker.

Call or email foundation. I bought a uses foundation in dark distressed, it had a few scratches. Emailed them and heard back within 24hrs.
I have both the dark distressed and a natural. The natural has more a mixed red undertone, bad thing is you have to see these stocks in person to get the full color. Sort of odd that pictures don’t do them justice
Black needs some outdoor lighting to look good. Most of my pictures are indoor from when I had one and just seem lifeless.
I have one in black. Almost has a dark green look in the sun. Inside and in pics it doesn’t have any depth. It’s the best looking in my opinion.
I went with dark distressed already. I figure they'll all look good.
