when you finish elite, you get unlimited nades
for level 29, throw 1 down the chimney, wait for explosion, then throw 2 down chimney and hope for favorable ricochet.
when you throw 2 at a time the first explosion will bounce the second nade before it explodes. alter the time between trows until you get lucky.
