I have Ballistics FTE for my iTouch, so I don't really want to buy another program. I'm hoping for a free or web based calculator that will graph two loads simultaneously for comparison. Does such exist?

+1. That's what I use.

While not free as you asked for, it’s worth mentioning that LoadBase 3.0 will allow the user to compare up to six (6) tracks (loads) at once.
And of course, you can graph up to 30 parameters in 2D and 3D renderings, then exporting the resulting graphs to PDF.
On the other hand, ALL the tabular data can be exported to Excel, PDF and XPS.
As mentioned Exbal will allow to export the data to Excel but it’s limited to only one load, and no graphs.
