Ive read that article and run the dtacs @0.060”-0.090” jump before readjusting seating depth. Just didnt know if the 0.060” jump in a dasher would push it too deep with .125” FB
Again I'm not sure. You could probably calculate where the base would end up given the DTAC tip to 0.242" ogive distance is 0.64" and the overall length is 1.295": https://www.6mmbr.com/DTAC115hbc.html
That means a 0.125" fb and 0.060" jump would put the base at:
1.295 - 0.64 - 0.125 + 0.060 = 0.84" below the end of the case.
Looking at the Dasher print, that looks to put the base 0.2489" below the neck/shoulder junction, or just about even with the shoulder/body junction, so not as deep as the RDF above. Whether that is too deep in I have no idea.
My dasher reamer has .140 freebore. That puts me at .005 off the lands at maximum coal in the mdt 6br mag. I can't quite jam the bullets, but it shoots well jumping a ways.
