I have a Nightforce NXS 5.5-22x56 scope mounted with about 6.5mm clearance above the barrel. I was able to find a Butler Creek flip-up cover for the back lens, but unable to find one large enough for the front lens. Any suggestions would be appreciated? Thanks.

Just be careful when buying a butler creek cap the quality control has slipped. I had to fish through a bunch on the shelf to find an objective lens cap that snapped closed and stayed closed, if you so much as hit it the cap would open. I have BC on all my scopes and this seems to be a new problem.

I have the butler creek on my 3.5x15 NXS but I have the Bikinis ad=s my backup, time will tell if the butler creek are solid but initial impression is good.

Thanks, I looked at the #51 but looked a little small. Did you have to heat it or modify it to fit or did it just fit? I assume that the Blizzard Scope cover size #11 is too small?

I put a set on my NF 5.5-22x56. The eyepiece cap snaps so tight you have to push the red button and pry with your fingers to open it, and the objective is so loose that it has trouble staying closed. I've tried fitting it in all different ways, and its the same result. If I could find a better option, I'd go for it.
