- MPA 26" MTU barrel with APA LB brake (cerakoted silver/gray)
- Foundation stock, with Arca plate, Hawkins M5 DBM (both short and long magazine latches) and Wiebad cheek pad
- no bipod is included

Sure. Deduct $900 if you aren't interested in the Foundation stock.

So I take it by the odd-fitting of the action to the Fondation, this stick was originally for a different action. Was this action bed to the stock?

The action fit snug so I did not see any need to bed it. I beleive the ejection port is for an Impact, but I don't have one any longer to verify.
