I have a forged Anchor Harvey upper, fully assembled with forward assist and dust cover. It was assembled, but is in very good condition. I believe it is an Aero, as I have it in an Aero upper box, and it does have the Aero standard Picatinny rail markings. $60 plus shipping, or FTF in Northern Virginia. Text 703 nine nine 4 5816.
