Any idea on the barrel accuracy or ammo it likes etc?

Only shot it before it was cut. It liked center X (seems everything likes expensive ammo) and it shot my Eley contact decent but was so- so on the RWS stuff I have a stash of.
Haven’t shot it since it was threaded. I pulled my 17hmr barrel to give my varmint barrel one more chance and the varmint barrel started shooting well.
I can pull the varmint barrel and throw this one and and give it a whirl if you would like. Although it might be a little different with your action.
Got an lightweight barrel 17hm2 coming that will live on the gun.

I would recommend it. It handles better with a shorter barrel imho especially suppressed which is what I do almost 100%
