Includes bottom metal, Tikka mag and Tikka low 1" rings (not pictured). The bolt is .223. It's clean as a whistle. I was planning on building a rifle but just decided to buy something else instead.

Price is $385 shipped and insured CONUS. Must go to your FFL with a copy of my DL. I can also do FTF in Alabama.
