I think I only used this set a couple of times. Excellent condition and includes the following:

- Hog Saddle
- FEISOL CB-50D Ball Head with Release Plate QP-144750
- PIG0311-G Field Shooting Tripod

What is that tripod carrying and retaining called? Who makes them?

Not sure about the retainer straps. Cant remember where they came from. They work well
