Is the buttpad their softer rubber version, or still their cheesegrater version?

It is a hard plastic so I'm assuming "cheesegrater"? I didn't realize they had different versions, bought this one around December last year, but I had another MBA-1 on a 6.5 Creedmoor AR-10 and never had an issue with it tearing up my shoulder or anything.
