Just to let you know, there are two matches this weekend at Ft Wolters in Mineral Wells Texas.
We are having our monthly Mid Range match on Saturday and the Across the Course Service Rifle match on Sunday.
The Midrange match is 3 relays at 300 / 500 / 500 yards. I'm not sure what the Across the Course match really is, but it follows a NRA style match.
We shoot 12 rounds at 300, and 22 at each 500 (2 sighters / rest for score). The targets are standard scoring rings, (1 MOA X, 2 MOA 10), etc.
This is an informal match and you keep your own scores.
Cost is, I believe, $20 for non FWSSC members, and $15 for members. If you sign up with FWSSC on the day of the match, your match fee is waived. $25 will sign you up with the club.
