Any tips and tricks to getting the most of my optics in low light conditions. I was engaging some steel tonight out to 300 only with moon light. Seems like lower power helped and locating targets prior to turning on illumination. I tried two different guns. 50mm seemed to be a little bit better, but surprisingly not that much better than the 24mm.
Optics-NF2.5-10x24 and NF3.5-15x50
Thanks Brandon

I don't want to google! I was hoping you'd tell us about 8 power, Lindy!

Re: Full Moon...Low Light Improvements???

A scope with 56mm objective should be set at app 10x, 50mm@8x and 42mm@7x.

If you have fast focus on the ocular set it at -2 compared to your daylight setting. The nightvision in most peoples eyes are -2 "nearsighted" compared to your normal dayvision
