Then there are places like Texas where penal code still says suppressors "made in Texas" are legal and SBS/SBR are allowed with NFA registration as a defense against prosecution. I'm sure they'll fix that soon.

Just echos what was already said about possession being negatively impacted in states with defense against prosecution verbiage around NFA registration if the bill passes as is with the current amendments.
To pass the legislation everybody wants more changes and more cycles through the voting machine would have to happen.
