The meat turns to mush.

And once much red comes in, the taste is not good like sea caught or early run caught.

Have seen bears just scoop the belly, eat that, and leave the bulk of the fish when they are so red/late in their spawning.

They are super cool to see.
And amazing to watch them work to make a trench for the eggs, lay them, the jack fertilizes, and then they cover them.

Have seen it several times and is still amazing.

Also I do not know DJ Shipley but have watched many of his training and other videos….his refusal to acknowledge there is a problem with the 320 is very disappointing and shows valuing bottom line over safety and integrity.

If that is the guy I am thinking of I have literally watched him beat the slide/optic on the edge of a table and then fire it. The guy is anything but gentle on the weapon so I would have to say if he is not having issues why should he pretend too ? five million in peoples hands 100-200 UD's hardly an issue........and the issues are 90% LEO some military and a few civilian. Hand out 5 million scissors and let me know how many people hurt themselves.

Thanks. Have not been around them and I'm not really a fisherman. They taste good to me when I get them canned, smoked, or previously frozen in the grocery store.
