Can confirm…..

Out of town contractor (not one will admit to speaking English ) is installing underground components for future fiber optic cable. They successfully ripped my phone/dsl line out of the ground. Fucksticks just walked away. Found out the town has an open list going for repairs from their instal. Town will withhold all repair costs from final payment. Sucks a bit being on cellular data but I will take this opportunity to upgrade.
