I think we've all had a friend like this. 
By 1988 I had already learned to write code (to be fair it was on a C64 with the book that came with it), and learned that I fucking hated programming and greatly preferred video games. LOLFirst time I ever used the word in a sentence was 1988. Were any of you 'tards even born yet?

They should, but where I live the nurses are not something I want to look at naked.
I learned I liked it in college.
By 1988 I was already well into my second job out of university at NASA designing and developing ground based graphical interface controls for shuttle payloads in X Windows and C. First job was designing and developing pipeline and factory monitoring and automation systems in assembler and C ... SCADA.
Ive got that from the wife a few times over the years while in the hospital...not so much as she matures.

Machinist, welder, mechanic ... unless you're something like an accountant, a cash register jockey or a shoe salesman you're just a different kind of geek compared to most of America.

Not just USA that use red and green lights for port and starboard. The rest of the world do as well. They are quite important so that you do not lose orientation visually.
