I live in the Arkansas River Valley. I lived in Fayetteville in the late 70’s , NW
Arkansas WAS a great place to live. Now the 4 major towns are Fayetteville, Springdale , Roger’s and Bentionville. Each was different , even had borders.
Now Fayetteville has grown so much I get lost . Springdale is like lil Tijuana ..majority of signs are written in Mexican. When I was there it was almost 100% gringo. Now over 55% Hispanic.
….Tyson is the main reason…follow the fowl.Rodgers is …still Roger’s….poor whites in comparison. Bentonville….equals Walmart ….packed full of snowflakes and libtards, and Yankees.
Now they all one big uni-city, wall to wall people , horrible traffic, prices on home have skyrocketed. Dread going up there anymore

My brother bought a 69 Chevelle …396/375 hp. Factory 4.11 gears , M-21 trans , bench seats , AC , loaded. Price was $ 4,300.00. I say he bought it , our Mom said if kept his grades up she would buy it for him. He made all A’s in college , finished 2’nd in his Pharmacy School class. Pay up Mom
