I had a person install a tree stand on my property, they used screw in steps to get up the tree. I spotted it and went up the steps to the stand, the stand was chained and locked. I then proceeded to remove the steps and set them at the bottom of the tree. I was trying to be a nice guy and say hey I found your stand, you know you are on private property move along.
The next time I went out about a week later the steps were screwed back in. So I unscrewed them and took them to the house.
