Sleep has been annoying since my accident. Inside of ankle is tender still and that makes it annoying. Have tried zzquill (nyquil without medicine) and it doesn't do much. Haven't wanted to try melatonin because of the crazy dreams I have heard about.

I’ve been using melatonin for years trying to fight shitty work schedules. I only had weird-ish dreams when I took 10mg or more. Now I only take a max of 6mg, not because of any concerns I just don’t need to take a ton to try and sleep during the day

What fixed my sleep, for good, was Magnesium Glyconate. Seriously is was life altering. Don’t try Magnesium Citrate as it will definitely keep you up as pooping in bed isn’t on most folks to do list.
