Yes I have. I was having a bout with some debilitating back pain a couple years ago, and I was trying anything and everything to get some relief.

I'd been to my chiropractor twice in three days and wasn't feeling any better. Hurt to sit, stand, lay down. Couldn't sleep. I was in a bind.

The wife recommended a massage therapist. Wasn't a fan, but whatever. I needed help.

I get an appointment and I get in there, lady goes to work on me and starts asking questions. What's this bump from ? How did you get this knot on your leg? Why is there a permanent indention in your other leg? The q&a session lasted most of the massage. After recounting all that stuff I thought, damn, and most of that was in my twenties, lol.

Between the dirtbikes, four wheelers and horses, it's a miracle I'm not wheelchair bound. Yet.

I know I'm on the clock. The pain I live with everyday isn't going to get any better with age. At 38, I've still got a ways to go.

Remember in the 80s and 90s ADHD was the in diagnosis for all the little darlings that the parents were too lazy to make behave. Now the in thing is autism.

Don't get me wrong, there are some that legitimately suffer from ADHD and autism and it's a disservice to them to class every ill behaved little shit as having the same problem.

Every little rug rat has to have a label. Every little urchin must suffer some mental illness......... No one is taught to cope. No one learns there are mechanisms to handle emotions like anger or sorrow. The world would be a better place if the little buttercups would just such it up...
