When the delivery lady goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer gets their package! BTW, notice the printing on the thief's t-shirt. It is certainly an appropriate attire for him.
The worst part... getting kicked out of a campground that never has campers, forest service only visits twice per week, but damn, they came mid week to kick me (the only one there) out.
