You have no idea how true this is. Trying to get these kids to do the job they signed up to do is near impossible. Now all of the leaders are doing their work.

No management has been focused on. I thing but retention and a bi product of that is the workers are untouchable with making them follow the rules.
This has caused the workers to be lazy fucks and not give a shit about the job and the leaders having to do the job for them to get it done.
All management cares about is the job getting done. They are not seeing it not wanting to see how it’s getting done as long as the retention looks good. It’s a broken system.
