Hello all I am new to this forum. Just thought I would post a video link of me shooting a 556 middy through a Gemteck Quicksand. Sorry about the wind, did my best have a look. Shooting 556 though gemtech quicksand

Welcome....

I noticed you did not drop your magazine nor put on the safety when you installed the suppressor. Just as a heads up, lets keep safety in mind when putting these videos out to impressionable minds.

I watched it twice.... never heard the click and you did not disengage when you laid it back down. Either you have the fastest most inaudible safety in all the land or your a part time magician.

Just sayin...... be safe. Drop that mag, extract round, attach can. Reload.

Its better then an AD blowing your hand off!

Well, it went on safe. Not to say the safety is 100% fail proof but I pulled it back with my thumb. Maybe it is not audible if my thumb didnt come off the lever. but Yeah, usually dont do that till the bolt is opened.
