Rifle Scopes G2DMR - ET35215B - reticle issue

First of all, does anyone know what is up with that model number (ET35215B)? I can't find a reference to it anywhere and the scope does have the G2 reticle. I bought it from a hide member a while back and just noticed, now that I've been able to shoot it a bit, that the reticle is not centered left to right. The vertical does not cross at 12:00 and 6:00 it is pushed to the left, this is much more apparent at mid powers than at the low end. I'm hoping Bushnell will be able to fix it - it is annoying to look at. I don't recall any major adjustments to zero it. Has anyone see this on this series of scopes before? The "B" suffix is a puzzler as well.

Thanks for any help!

ETA: As of 12/4 I still haven't sent the thing in yet. I had to get through hunting season first... Anyway, upon further inspection, I notice a change in the outer limits (the 'roundness' sort of) of the field of view when the power is changed between about 3.5 and 5x. The right half of the view seems to slide to the right (or open to the right) and this is what is making the reticle appear to be off center. Above about 4x it is off center, below it looks normal. If anyone else with one of these scopes could check theirs out I'd appreciate it. It is going to take Bushnell three to four weeks to turn it around and I don't want to waste that much time if all of them are like this (which I find hard to believe) and they end up telling me it is "fine".

Thanks Ted. I called Bushnell this am and they said to 'send it in'. I also asked about the model number and she said that the "B" is not a suffix but should have been printed further away from the rest of the number. So the actual model is ET35215 - so suffix even though it has the G2 reticle.
