GA Precision Phones Down?

So, I got a call yesterday saying they needed my information for the Bushnell 4.5-30 group buy, and I tried calling them back, but all I've gotten is busy tones? All I want is to give them my credit card number, so my scope can ship hah does anyone know if their phones are down?

I wasn't sure where to put this, so I figured since they are a bolt rifle company, the bolt section is good.
