GAP-10 G2 - Upper Receiver Block Compatibility

I have a GAP-10 G2 and I want to replace the Surefire muzzle brake that came installed with a Silencerco ASR flash hider.

Will the upper receiver block described below be compatible? I believe it is for DPMS Gen I pattern 308 ARs.

Yes, that block will work for GAP-10 Gen 2 with just a little bit of trimming of the top corners on front end (easily done w/ sharp knife). However, one of the Geissele reaction rods or Brownells version that engages the barrel extension is better when you're putting torque on the barrel.
