Hi guy's, I just received confirmation that my GAP rifle will be shipping. I'm trying to piece together the last of my supplies. I was wondering what size neck bushings you have using?

Kind regards,
Jared

Thanks for the responses so far.

I guess, I should clarify this is a bolt gun. I measured factory loaded hornady rounds at .292? I read somewhere your bushing should be approximately .002 less than a loaded cartridge. Although, from the responses here that may be wrong? Perhaps, the chambers are a little tighter?

Kind regards,
Jared

Loaded rounds that I've measured come out to be around 0.290"....I guess YMMV.
I use 0.288" in my GAP, but would like to also give 0.287" a try at a later date.
I would only go down to 0.286" for gas-guns though.

Quick update.

My calipers were not zeroed when I measured the loaded rounds. I came back with .290 for factory Hornady loads after I zeroed, which falls in line with what kvwpwr and thrusty mentioned. Midway only has the .287 in stock right now...so I guess that's what I'm going to start with.

Thank you for all of your responses.

Kind regards,
Jared
