GAP 7000 receiver question

Question...I have searched and could not find the answer.

I am looking at a GAP that has the older GAP 7000 action. Does anyone know how much more inletting if any will need to be done if I want to change out the stock to a McM that was inletted for the Rem 700 SA? I had heard that the GAP 7000 is fairly close the Rem 700, but has anyone had any experience with this?

It's not much. My .243 is built with a GAP7000 in a turn in M40A1 stock.
