I have a PRI Gas Block with the flip up sight and a DPMS Carbine Gas Tube. My issue is the tube will not go in all the way (appx 3/8" to go) I don't believe I can remove it without destroying now as well. I measure the gas tube at 0.179 with a set of calipers, but can't find any specs to know if this is out of spec. I do not want to try to hit it in any further in case it is out of spec. I did not see any burrs on the tube when installing, but didn't look at the gas block sight

Mine was stiff so I kept pushing...turns out it doesn't go in the PRI fsb much. I finally got a piece of wire and a bore light to make sure it was aligned. Can you get the pin in?

I still have approximately 3/8" to go and I had to tap on the end to get it to go as far as it is now. Maybe I could keep tapping it, but I don't like doing that. That is why I feel something could be out of spec.

Measure the depth before you try again from the outside. Make sure the bore depth is deep enough before inserting. I always put a little grease on the tube before inserting... Burns off in the first few rounds. Another step is to runs bore brush into the hole before inserting the gas tube to break any burrs free and remove any other particles from manufacturing. Also before inserting, make sure the pin hole is perpendicular to the tube bore on both sides otherwise you'll have a tough time seating the pin properly.
