Could a gas leak (from the tube) cause accuracy issues? Rifle runs 100% otherwise but accuracy is 1.5" @ 100 on a good day.

Um thats all an AR really was designed to do ... atleast a factory built quasi mil spec rifle is designed to hold 1 to 2 moa

I'd say a little seepage at the gas block is normal, and carbon deposits over time would probably plug up any leaks.
