Geissele Mk2 rail question

I have an older Geissele Mk2 rail that I need a picatinny rail section for. The rail uses the nut on the back side of the rail for the screw to bit into and secure the pic section.

I can’t find any of those sections for sale anywhere. Does anyone know of a place who makes those or anyone have any they would be willing to sell?
