Suppressors Gem-Tech GemTax free stamp day

Today is the day!!! Anyone have news yet which suppressors will be offered? Maybe since tax day this year falls on Monday they won't announce till then?

Anyone have a review of the Sandstorm or the Quicksand in hopes that one of them will be offered like last year?

I would watch their facebook page. They have made no announcements, but are playing it off casually. I'm sure if it wasn't going to happen they'd have announced that vs. stringing everyone along.

Tax day is April 18th this year, so maybe they are waiting.

Promotion Gemtech usually does -- I believe it goes: Buy a can from them on Tax day, and they will pay for your $200 NFA tax stamp (not sure if that comes in the form of a $200 discount on the can or what).

For two weeks around tax time, Gem-tech has for the last 2 years paid your $200 tax fee on certain suppressors they sell. They always wait until tax day to announce which cans will be offered in the deal. hence it has come to be known as Gemtax

Gemtech actually sends in the $200 fee to the BATF on your behalf.

Typically, they would announce what was to be offered a week b/f tax day and it ran through tax day.

I bought a Sandstorm jan 11. It arrives at my dealer last week.
they are backed up I guess.

I got in on the "Gemtax" deal a few years back - got a Tundra. It is a nice suppressor and has been good to go with everything that I've put through it. The process was simple and absolutely worth cashing in on.

Gemtech pays for your $200.00 tax stamp - this without any price increase on the price of the can. It is one hell of a deal and if it is offered again, I'll be getting in on it for sure.

Gemtech just posted only one model for this year's Gemtax is the Trek-T ($1100 compact 5.56 titanium threaded-only)
