Hunting & Fishing Georgia coyotes

I hunt in georgia around statesboro. There are an ass ton of coyotes there. I went out and bought a primos power dogg, a red light for my gun, red spotlight and a rigor rabbit. I haven't tried during the day. When I go out at night I either do a single howl or a group howl and the damn woods light up wherever i go but after the initial call back I don't hear or see shit. NEED SOME TIPS.

Try baiting with a carcass or gut pile. It may take a couple of sits for this to work.

sounds like coyote hunting . you need to learn about the differnt howls they use and also what distress will work. to have much sucess ,it will require a little homework. get a dvd that will walk you thru the basics , watch it a few times . i like most of the primos dvds but there are lots of good ones .
then get out and give it a try. good luck , adam

Was in Millen for a predator shoot this last year and was told there were a lot of coyotes around. in 3 days 15 shooters only got 3 coyotes. We did kill a lot of stray dogs though.
