Germany introducing mandatory measles vaccination for kids

Hep B is a sexually transmitted disease. If both mom and dad are negative...they should have every right to refuse the vaccine.

Last year a former NICU nurse confessed when nurses in the OB ward were ready to administer the hep b vaccine..they first called up to NICU to see if there was an empty spot. If there wasn't..they didn't give the vaccine. I have no way to prove that.so feel free to tell me im full of shit..its just what I heard.

No, Hep B. is not only sexually transmitted. It can be transmitted through most any bodily fluid. Well sure the parents can refuse if they are both negative but that does not mean the risk to contract the disease no longer exists. As far as I remember when doing my clinical rotation in the OB/NICU units, that is true because this is the very first vaccine given to the infant and it is unknown what reaction the baby might have to the vaccine. The baby could have an anaphylactic shock reaction, or any other host of potential complications. That means that reasonable steps are taken to ensure the well-being of the child.

Yes, every airplane you’ve ever flown on. You clearly don’t understand how it works. The company wants to bring a new vaccine, drug, airplane to market, they have to pass safety (and efficacy for vaccine/drugs) standards set by the Govt. The Govt/you isn’t/aren’t on the hook to pay for it, the companies that want to profit from it are. They have to perform the tests, and demonstrate to the Govt that they have met every standard required. The Govt reviews the testing methods and results and either decides they have met the criteria or not. Often times they don’t and the Govt says “Sorry, no.”

and Nothing like a good 3rd world population to use as test samples for your ' Fed. minimal standard ', needed to apply for TSO approval ...LOL

If you want to learn from another Doctor..listen to Dr Paul Thomas...a pediatrician from Cali. He co wrote a book called the vaccine friendly plan and was recently under fire by the government for recommending a different vaccine schedule then the CDC. He was investigated and they found in his entire practice using his vaccine schedule...he had a 1 in 740ish autism rate...vs the national 1 in 40. Interesting stuff. He's still practicing btw..they tried but couldn't shut him down.

Oh yeah, learned a little about him in class. The issue was that he didn't do any proper research as to why his vaccination schedule was an improvement over the existing on the CDC recommends and in some instances increased risks.

His practice having a lower ratio of autism doesn't mean anything since the community around his practice could coincidentally have a lower amount of diagnosed autism spectrum patients. Comparing population statistics from one practice to another is only useful when trying to understand epidemiology of a disease or gathering statistics.

I honestly don't know what vaccine it was. I can ask next chance...but I honestly doubt that the parents even know. Im assuming it was Tdap and or MMR..which are both on the schedule for her age limit. No I am not aware of any diagnosis..im not even sure they went back to doc with her. Eventually she started walking again. I didn't know that a auto immune disorder like
Guillain Barre Syndrome could happen after a vaccine. That's why I asked. In my small brain...in order for a child to stop walking it would have to be a neurological issue or a muscle/nerve issue like that. So maybe that's what happened.

Right and rare diseases such as that are hard to diagnose for doctors, especially since children and babies can't explain what's wrong with them. Just to be clear though, I am not offering any medical advice or diagnosis, etc. haha. Just sharing some knowledge that I learned about from school.

Freedom of choice has instigated serious public health issues where people who don't vaccinate their kids by choice even though they can afford it, put others at risk. People who are immunocompromised, can't afford vaccinations, etc. those are the people I fight for. What gives another person the right to purposefully not vaccinate their kid/themselves and endanger the rest of the community? In order to protect those who can't protect themselves, laws need to be passed. That's just my rambling opinion though.

Thanks for taking the time to write those great detailed replies, I appreciate it & enjoy having the conversation.

As to the specific quoted questions you posed above:

Before we can discuss them, one thing to keep in mind however is that almost all of the "epidemics" or "outbreaks" that are used currently in the modern witch hunt against those questioning the current vaccination schedules can be traced almost entirely to those from 3rd world countries, rife with disease that are coming in to our country illegally (sometimes legally) and where the communist run courts and politicians demand they be pushed into contact with everyone else.

UNTIL we stop that, what's the point?
You can be vaccinated up to the hilt, then somebody brings the latest mutated monkey virus from some 3rd world cesspit and well... there goes all your plans.

I would say if you are not a citizen and wish to enter our country (or are illegal and relying on our good graces to stay and not enforce the law), then it's also perfectly reasonable to say that we are within our rights to say that you must either get vaccinated (using the ones we give out for free, or equivalents that you prefer and pay for yourself) as a condition for us deciding to allow you into our country. Otherwise you are free to stay in your own country/return to your own country or pick some other country to go to. The citizens of the united states have the right to decide entry criteria for people that wish to come into the country since we are not forcing anyone to come to the country, they are wanting to do it on their own.

If you wish to have control of the diseases entering your country, you must be willing to enforce the rule of law regarding entry to our country.
Funny how the same places that are going all heavy handed about vaccinations (like CA) are also absolute in their refusal to enforce any law regarding lawful orderly entry into or residency in our country.

For those that "can't afford vaccinations", I don't really think that is any issue at all that can't be solved by a tiny fraction of funds we waste on losers daily. Offering free vaccinations to anyone and everyone if they don't mind whatever is in the standard government issue stuff would be hardly a blip on a budget line. Might as well use our tax money for good.

I think however the immunocompromised issue is more of a red herring in actual practice than fact.
(Especially as noted above we refuse to control who comes in this country or screen them for diseases).
If they are so deficient that they can't even get the best, most carefully done vaccines without being in severe danger then they may want to stay the hell away from big cities, big hospital waiting rooms, public schools, and areas where our loving communists ship in the riff raff from the whole planet.
If someone or their kids can't be given vaccines well then they can not hang out with people who might not be vaccinated if they think that's a risk. Inconvenient for them sure, but that's the way of the free. You'd be hoping that nobody's vaccines ever didn't work (which we all know is false), or that the democrats don't shove some illegals in your school with some unknown disease that you have never seen here recently.

Freedom is sometimes messy but once you start saying it should be taken away for the good of someone else, you pretty much end real freedom.
You can't be free if you force your fellow citizens to do things for your own benefit. That pretty much leads down the road to communism as evidenced around the world and gathering speed. Next you start threatening people (as they actually do in England) with jail and police raids for saying that person born with male reproductive organs is still a man even if they tell you they "feel" like being called a woman... because well it might hurt their fragile mental health.

It is against the idea of individual liberty to force other people to do things on your behalf / to protect you.
I think actually that's what a lot of the problems in this country come down to, some "special" group or those with some "special" problem demand that everyone else should have their lives regulated to suit them.

If you are immunocompromised, that is your issue, sorry but tough, that's on you Not on everyone else.
Same as if your children are immunocompromised, well that's on you and them, Not everyone else.
For everyone else, feel free to get vaccinated as you wish how you wish when you wish or if you wish and take your chances both directions depending on what you feel best.

They may have to pay out of pocket, but I'm sure there is plenty of private schools that they could pick from which would have vaccination as a condition of free entry to their school... but then wait... your kid is maybe endangering the others because what if they get sick and the vaccinations don't fully protect the others? It kind of works both ways.

I'm not sure if you agree, but in my opinion, the whole "Epidemic" thing is way overblown these days just like "terrorism" they have an "epidemic" or "Outbreak" when what 30 people get measles in a city? BFD! We used to have that in a single small school at one time. A pain in the ass but "epidemic" give us a break now thousands in a city coming down with it, then we start talking labels.

And again, most of these "epidemics" are directly the result of non citizens, many times illegally in this country, being purposely shoved into our schools, and cities by communists.

As to law abiding citizens of this country and encouraging more to be vaccinated.
I think if there was a shift away from being heavy handed and towards the government and medical industrial complex actually listening to the concerns of the citizens about vaccinations and a lot of effort was made to offer choices that didn't include chemicals with potential side effects, as well as offering single vaccines only and at non critical brain development times, a whole lot more, here is all the research ever done, if you have concerns, let's figure it out and a lot less do as we say or we should arrest you. You might find that the overall vaccination rate will go up.

I don't need vaccines for most "childhood diseases" as I got my immunity the hard way, but eventually I'll want some other vaccinations before the downfall of civilization, probably at the very minimum tetanus as well as rabies and a couple others.

Now if you want to go challenge the Hassidic Jewish community or the Muslim schools about getting vaccinated... please by all means give it a try, Somehow I don't predict a bright future for someone someone trying to challenge the "most protected" class to drag themselves into the modern age... But who knows maybe you'll succeed.

That's kind of the problem, anytime someone does research they claim it wasn't done 'properly' so they can shut them down and make sure it's impossible to actually do 'proper' research unless you are a big financial player.

Just look at the crap Monsanto (now Bayer) spread across the world vs the actual hugely beneficial "golden rice".
Big money can poison the planet at will... altruistic folks who give mankind freely a tool to save millions of children from blindness and disease... well tough luck about that.

Well it really is a problem if other independent organizations and providers can't replicate his results and conclusions and the conclusions he arrives at are not commonly seen/held.

Sorry I'm not up to date on this Bayer/golden rice issue. I though golden rice was fortified with vit. A for use in third world countries?

Regarding your other post, of course it's a matter of what your priorities are. Whether or not you hold the good of society more important than your own, or if you hold your own freedom of choice as more important. There are no right answers, just opinions. Hopefully informed ones :D . Good conversation so far though.

Funny how some people seem to think it’s alright to violate people if it’s “for the common good” .. scary how they can’t see who they sound just like when they claim it’s for the common good. Next they’ll tell me I don’t need a 30 round magazine to hunt bambi... The one thing I really don’t need Is anyone trying to tell me anything for “the greater good” that don’t involve removing them self’s personally from the gene pool

On the topic of vaccines causing autism..even a foilhatter antivaxxer like me know that they dont. And I can prove it.
I know a young boy with autism who hasn't had any vaccines. That proves it right?

But what I also know is this. 20 years ago the infamous gastrointestinologist? Dr Andrew Wakefield published a paper saying there's a high correlation between the MMR vaccine and gastrointestinal problems. Those problems, if not addressed, regressed into autism. He said the issue seemed to only be with the trivalent MMR vaccine..not with the single measles vaccine. So he urged parents to not use the trivalent vaccine..instead to use the singles. Well he was stripped of his credentials...his studies were claimed to be fraudulent....hes not a doc any more and the single measles vaccine was taken off the shelves. Now if you want a measles vaccine you have to use the trivalent..MMR.

Now twenty years later..a university(dammit I can't remember which one) recently did a study and said there is a link between gastrointestinal issues and autism. They didn't mention vaccines for obvious reasons.

Here's MY thoughts based on these studies.

(Fact)Vaccines CAN cause gastrointestinal issues.(fact) The numbers are much higher among certain ethnic groups. And when the gastrointestinal issues arent fixed...they CAN lead to autism. There's probably a lot of other factors at play.

I've also read of doctors that worked with autism patients and when they cleaned up the child's diet..the child improved drastically..some were completely normal afterwards.

Thoughts?

Scientists are just now finding out that certain sea plants have medicinal properties after watching dolphins brush against this sea plant and teach their young to do it. For any pill a doc will give ya GOD provided a plant to do the same thing. How much medicinal knowledge was lost when Rockefeller used his oil byproducts to make pills and used his money to start the fda?
