You can tell thats a very long range scope mount because its so tall. For very very long range you would want a taller one though. :ROFLMAO:

The 110 MOA base setup makes a nice carry handle for bringing it over to the bench to take it off.

I once saw a customer with a similar scope setup once, though not nearly as nice, it was more of a one ring cantilever affair. Only his was clamped to the rear sight of the surplus Mauser it was on. I warned him of potential issues, not limited to the fact that it wasn't a mount that replaced the sight elevator, but was just clamped to it with a Weaver type mount. You could raise the scope up off the gun for added MOA'zeses, for those ultra long range shots! But he assure me it was strong and would not be a problem. It did better than I thought, it stayed on the gun for three whole shots.
