Well, I for one hope that Wayne does go down or at least resign. I quit spending money on the NRA about 5 years ago. They don't do shit to help us anymore other than to cater to the Fudds.

I agree with the first part of your statement but not the part on dissolving NRA.
NRA, even though HQ'd in Alexandria, VA, is actually chartered as a Non-profit in the state of NY. NY State has for some time now contended that NRA has overstepped its non-profit status by offering or endorsing certain credit cards, insurance policies, etc. If they can prove their allegations then they do have grounds for revocation.
The timing of all this is for one reason though. While the AG could not go after Trump without facing great political backlash and being cast as the latest interference in the 2020 election going after NRA could diminish their ability to support the Trump (among other favored candidates) election campaigns.

Definitely need a change in leadership as well as a thorough review of how donations are spent. Wouldn’t an Easy Fix be to dissolve in New York and then reincorporate in Delaware?
