I already have a Vortex EBR-2B on my Crusader and was wondering if I should get one for my GAP-10 that I am having built? Just wondering if it is good fit for my GAP-10.
Matching scopes will sure make a lot easier and no learning curve to go through.
I would like to get it from G.A. Precision and for them to mount it, but maybe I can order the EBR-2B and have it mounted to save a little money. Being from California the taxes on the GAP-10 and the EBR-2B would be a lot.
Could I use the Official Midway USA codes to save some money?

this... but it will look HUGE on it... the HDMR is a batter match on AR's
I hear that the 2013 version of the HDMR will have a lot more options that will make it similar to the EBR-2B. But I am wondering if it will have a similar price tag. If it will be about same price, I would rather go with the Vortex.

They'll supply a two piece ring set up by Badger-it'll work fine.
Actually it won't; they supply 30/34mm. The Razor HD (assuming that's what you are talking about) is 35mm. If you are not talking about the HD, then yes it will work....
