GG&G Tactical bipod Adapter

I have a GG&G Tactical bipod and was wondering if i could use this adapter http://swfa.com/GGG-Extreme-Duty-Bipod-Accessory-P6439.aspx for my remington m700. If not and you know what i could use please tell me. Any advice will help. Thanks in advance.

GG&G lists their adapters on their website:

I don't think that adapter is for your application. Do you currently only have the sling stud on the 700?

You could remove the stud and mount a 2" rail section from JP or Accu-Shot using a couple of screws.

Yes it's a SPS Tactical .308 I'd just rather spend 30-40 bucks on an adpter or something instead od shellin out 100 for a harris. Thanks and I'll check it out.

Thanks alot. I went there and looked around then I just called GG&G and they said it would work all i had to do was just drill an extra hole in my stock so I just went ahead and got it. Thanks for your help.
