Glock .22 G44...?

Glock .22 G44: experiences...? opinions...? suggested better options...?

I have no experience with the G44. Do you want a Glock specific .22LR to train with? If open to others, Walther and Taurus make pretty solid options. For instance.....

Unless you are looking for a Glock 44 to be a trainer for a higher caliber Glock, there are certainly better options. If you are just looking for a plinker, Ruger MK IV is still one of the best bets out there. If you want higher end, look at Volquartsen.

Ive put over 25k rounds through mine, I can't kill the damn thing. I got it after one of the gun mags boasted that they'd put 10k rounds through it without cleaning and it still going strong. I thought surely this is some Glock fanboy BS. I was proven wrong.

There may be better options if you've got specific requirements, but its a great trainer, and good for beginners.

The ProMag 18rd magazines are terrible though, if you're looking for increased capacity.

No, it’s not “great” and feels daily cheap but it’s a nice little gun that hasn’t really misfed that I can think of. Kids (me) really like just plinking at cans 10 yards away. Won’t win any accuracy contests or steel challenge etc
