Sidearms & Scatterguns Glock 23 slide issue

My Glock 23 is not locking the slide back after the last round.
It cycles, I pull the trigger and "click".
I drop the mag and rack it and it is empty.
It does not do it every time.
Any ideas?

Hand placement. You may be riding the slide stop with your thumb.

Pretty much all the possibilities. If you have the extended slide release then riding the slide stop is probably more likely. But weak spring tension and a worn mag follower will do it.
