Picked up a glock 42 today in a trade. Neat piece. Haven't shot it yet. Ordered a tlr6 and some Vickers mag extensions. Thoughts? Woes? Should I just sell it? Lol. Only owned. 40cal flocks so far. (27, 23, 22)

Replace the trigger with an Agency Arms or Zev (I've installed both in 42s). IMHO, the AA trigger is better, and this makes the 42 the smoothest .380 I've ever shot.

Thanks. Got a tlr6 and comp tac iwb, Vickers mag release, slide release, and mag extensions coming. Trigger will be next. Looking forward to its maiden range shoot

Just make sure you don’t limp wrist it. Had a friend of mine out shooting a few of my carry guns and he stovepiped the 42 every other shot. I explained the issue to him and it commenced normal glock function.

Nice piece, great size and weight. Tlr6 was easy to zero, I barely adjusted to make clean hits at 10yds. Trigger is all glock, you guys know.... Mr. Zick, I saw a stovepipe once while letting a friend try as well, fed fine for me so I saw no issues..... (he's a desk jockey, I do roofing and masonry) nice to know it forces one to use proper gripping technique. All in all, good gun, I'd let my wife carry it. The 9 would be neat, let's see a .357 Sig or .40, or
45 though
