They still suck sweaty balls and there is absolutely zero reason for them to not give these funds to the truckers for whom it was donated.

But what gall to even consider taking peoples donations and diverting them to whatever cause they choose. "GoFundMe said it would work with organizers to send all remaining funds to "credible and established" charities chosen by Freedom Convoy 2022 organizers that are verified by the fundraising platform."

They still suck, they were still extraordinarily high handed and presumptuous, they were still wrong....but, according to them the legitimate charities would get any remaining funds would have been chosen by the organizers of the protest.

Yeah, I saw that too. But initially, they stated that they would be sending the funds to "reputable charities" of their choosing. Then they said they would allow Freedom Convoy to choose. And finally they relented and just agreed to refund everyone. Hard to keep track of all their BS.
