I’ve seen them shutdown before. You may just want to pull them down and ask.

I remember seeing raffle before and I don’t remember it’s allowed . Never hurt to check with mod.

I think I remember it being against the rules. You end up with people sending in money and no way of knowing if they are the legitimate winner. It takes a lot of random trust. If I purchase something on the PX and don't receive it at least I know I have been screwed. It's sticky. Not trying to be a downer and the filming idea sounds good but can easily be falsely done. Your cause sounds good too but the hide mods have to consider these things.
