Good books for reloading, specifically .308 long range.

Are there any must read books before I start reloading? I'm a beginner to this and I want to make sure I get everything right. I heard the lyman manual is a great place to start reloading. Any good forum posts + books you guys can recommend?

check out the stickys on the reloading page also there are a few good videos on youtube that have helped me out... i have a lyman and a nosler manual .... i load noslers more often cuz i find them more offten localy than hornady or sierra...
