Yeah,,, first off, they don't do "Custom Gunsmithing".

Secondly, they are "So busy with Contracts" that they don't generally have time for citizen's singular work. Or sales.

I'm not knocking what they Do, do. I'm only saying that one shouldn't confuse their wares with what they "don't" do.
