What's good/top of the line camera? Did a search but looks like most recent discussions were a couple years ago. Looking on Amazon they all seem to be in the $50-100 range. Are the good ones that cheap these days or is there better?
Reconyx is generally touted as the best (never used them), but I've had great luck with Covert, Moultrie, and Stealthcams. Also, some of the images I've seen from the Browning cameras are absolutely stunning.
Thanks guys, I'll take a look. These are going to be used at my house so while cool, I probably don't need a cellular camera. I assume those have to be added to an account and have a device fee?
The link below tends to be a pretty good site to read some reviews and testing on cams. Yea, the sell them but maybe they have good prices...maybe not. I never bought from them myself.
The new tactacam Reveal Cell phone cameras are fire!! At only $99 a piece they are way above my expectations! Check them out! You will be happy you did.
I use a mix of moultrie and bushnell and both have been really good but have also had a few failures. I give mad props to customer service of both companies taking care of me on a few cameras by sending me brand new updated models for free. Moultrie s40i and s50i are really good for the money but may be called something different this year. Bushnell aggressors have been good. My sister has had some awesome durability from browning cameras. Also my bf and neighbor just started this year using the moultrie cell cam I think it’s the m700 using Verizon and I am on his account so I also get his pictures and it’s awesome.
