Good Gentex contact info?

I purchased a Gentex helmet that is a little too small. Per their instructions I called to get a return authorization but couldn’t actually get anyone on the phone. I left several messages and submitted something on the contact form with no response. I’m running out of time and would like to get this returned.

Does anyone have a good number or email I can use? (Feel free to DM me so as to not put anyone on blast.)

Check your spam folder if you submitted a ticket/email.

They (all the messages) don't have the same email addresses, so their responses get tossed into the Spam bucket and are a PITA to find, unless you know to go dig. Happened to me four times when dealing with a SOTR ITAR issue (and cost me another $150 as a result of their shitty CS system). Their electronic comms system is a POS, and not customer friendly.
